At Fair Mountain Coffee, we strive to offer the finest Fair Trade/Organic coffees from family-owned farms and co-operatives. Protecting the environment is very important to us. We offer coffees that are "Shade
grown", the traditional method of coffee farming. This method not only produces a better bean, but the nitrogen-fixing
shade trees enhance the soil, and also provide habitat for birds. Fair Mountain supports all coffees that are part of the Rainforest Alliance.
We
are passionately devoted to quality, and find the best coffee is often

Orders
received before 1:00pm EST time, are roasted and shipped the day we
receive them, Monday through Friday. As we run out of stock quickly,
it is not possible to place orders in advance, or reserve an order for a
future date.
Your coffee will be fresh roasted and packaged with your name and roasting date on the label, and shipped by USPS Priority Mail. Most orders shipped within the NY/NJ metro area are delivered next-day, while orders
shipped coast to coast within the continental US are shipped two days Priority USPS.
