Organic / Fair Trade Timor water process Decaf
This classic Indonesian coffee swiss water process decaf offers a deep, developed flavor with dark chocolate notes. When roasted to a true medium, our
organic, fair trade Timor coffee produces a relatively mild
finish for a truly stellar cup.
This offering is produced in the eastern portion of the island of Timor by the Cooperativa
Cafe Timor, which employs farmers from extremely small farms across the
countryside who often oversee no more than a hectare of coffee producing
farmland. The coffee crop in these high altitude regions was originally
planted by Portuguese colonists, but has changed over time creating a
new hybrid varietal with a cleaner cup. We're thrilled this wonderful coffee from Indonesia is back in the shop.
